"Not worth the rent. Gnat & roach infestation because the guy that sprayed every week stopped coming. Beyond ghetto & inconsiderate neighbors. Once new mgmt started in the office last year they stopped locking the gate. Horrible location, less than a mile from very busy fire station. Heavy drug activity that seemed to cease but pick back up when new mgmt started. Outside lighting constantly turned off. Walls are very thin, constant loud music and (unauthorized) parties with a dj and bouncy house once a month. Cabinets so low seems to have been built for little people. Water gets turned off for hours every month. NO counter space. NO storage space. The biggest space is the hallway. Raised the rent tremendously supposedly due to market rate... i researched and that was not true. So glad i moved to a safe clean super affordable place. Wanted to give no - to 1/2 star rating. I recommend not to rent from here."

"Would you like to be gaslit and lied to by rude and shady management? Then come here! Honestly I didn't stay here but the tug and pull of two and a half weeks of management changing dates, and lying to us over an apartment we do not live in yet and a final attempt at gaslighting as well, was simply too much and we took our business elsewhere. "Unprofessional, unethical, discourteous management! They'll keep increasing your rent without any paperwork or consent involved! I've lived here for little over a year. New management has taken over and is making a mess of things. I began doing month to month leasing this year. Our documents state that the price is $825. However, the managers, Curtis and Terra, then verbally told us that the price would be $875. They refused to print a contract for me to sign. I was told that we don't need a contract and that our word of mouth was good enough. Now, Curtis is telling me I will have to pay $1,100 for the following months. There is no evidence of this in paperwork, and we have not signed any new paperwork. Every time we speak to Curtis, the price of the apartment seems to increase. When questioned about this, he had a nasty attitude. He claimed to have given paperwork to sign, and since I never received anything, I asked him for a copy of the contract. He replied, "Well, I don't have a copy of it." I asked him to print off the saved file on his computer, to which he replied, "Well, I don't save those on my computer." So, he's obviously lying! --And to drastically increase rent prices without any written consent or agreement of residents---and refusing to do so, thereof---sounds like money embezzlement may be going on.."
