"A crackheads dream. The drug addicts have taken over the premises. Half of the drifters(addicts) walking through the complex are not on anybody's lease. Not a kid friendly situation. Never cuts grass, stores unwanted furniture on the premises like it's a landfill, parking lot full of potholes and severe rodent problems. Plus they never get anyone out to empty the dumpsters. It's ridiculous! The walls are extremely thin, you can hear your neighbor fart. The material that the apartments were renovated with is extremely cheap and they have the nerves to allow pets(some with two and three dogs occupying the living space) so you can imagine what some of the apartments look like after the dogs have finished chewing on them. Residents are ashamed to have family over because of the outside conditions. The property manager throws unwanted furniture on the property because he doesn't stay on the premises and he don't have to pay rent and come home from work and look at the blight everyday. All the workers he's hired for the complex, many the property manager have gave apartments are drug addicts and have ongoing traffic all night long and other drug addicts beating on their door all throughout the night so be careful(watch with extreme caution) who you let in and who they send to your house for repairs. DO NOT MOVE IN THOSE APARTMENTS. I wouldn't wish those apartments on my enemies. There should be a big sign on every apartment building that says "Do Not Feed The Animals(Drug Addicts)"."

"I love my end apartment on the first floor because it is separate from the leasing office, offers privacy, plenty private parking especially for handicapped residents with plenty more extras! It was newly renovated when, I, leased about a year and six months, ago! Now, it's time for me to relocate to a new area! But, I, have enjoyed it! I have referred many people here to live so I will be leaving them to live happily at, University Crossings Apartments located at 263 3RD Avenue South West, Apartment 100, Birmingham, Alabama, 35211"

"Not enough counter space in kitchen; hole behind kitchen cabinet that's letting a lot of outside air in as well as other things; paper thin walls; cancelled our internet and Direct tv service; management is non-existent here."

"I liked the apartment but was annoyed by the person i was with they had no common sense and i was frustrated so I can't say it was the apartments but rather the person. Or there lack of knowledge about how to drive and even get around but the apartment was nice."
