Veigl Village Apartments

"Went here to get a apartment and the lady that is the manager now didn't tell us what our rent would be until after we was getting ready to go have our stuff transferred over and we are low income and our rent was going to be 3 1/2 times of what we pay where we currently are and then when I asked why the rent was so high she said that it wasn't the housing authority and then I told her we would just stay where we are she said that would have been Nice to know please look somewhere else I don't recommend this place to anyone and the floor on the apartment that was on the second floor had a big dip in it when you walked in the house there was several places that was going bad the door lock was very hard to get open it's just not a good place to live ."

"Great place to live. Affordable rent. The apartment manager is very helpful. Maintenance is very prompt. Very clean. The only downside is the carpet is a little outdated"

"Bed bugs came into our apartment when the elderly neighbor beside us moved out, we had roaches despite my wifes ocd cleanliness. Dish washer doesnt work, barbra is rude barely in the office when we need and not suitable for night shift workers cause they close the laundry early in the afternoon. Bird mites are everywhere, balcony rotting away. Electric bill was in the 200s every month. Never fixed hail damage where it broke one of the double pane windows in my sons room. Rot around window seals in room."

"The manager is very nice and always helps immediatel whenever I have questions or concerns. There is inspection once a month where they have maintenance come out and change the air filter and pest control will spray. Our apartment is very clean and our neighbors are great! However, there are no pets allowed(unless it's a service animal)."

"Apartment manager is the rudest lady I have ever encountered and awful in a business stand point. Claimed that if anything goes wrong with apartments they would fix them. Multiple issues with apartment and no one has ever fixed anything. In the summer residents had air conditioners go out and they claimed nothing was wrong with them when checked,yet they were not working and had to be miserable for months making electric bills rise. The apartments are decently set up however I would not recommend this place."
