He likes to talk very hateful to you over the phone when HE makes a mistake and wants you to do his job for him. I would love the opportunity to share with his higher ups the voice recording of how disrespectful this "man" is and how badly he treats the customers!"

"Lost a good customer today all because they wouldn’t wait 4 more days on a payment. I had came in not even a month ago and they weren’t very nice, I’d make a joke about something to try and lighten the mood but the guy literally just stood there (should’ve been my sign but yk) I had a payment due Friday the 21st for RAC and I had called and asked if I could make the payment this Friday on the 28th because I had changed jobs and all the guy had to say was “I need a payment today” and was being extremely unprofessional,rude, and unreasonable. Will never recommend this place to anyone who’s young and trying to build their credit. Ever. Guys I was about to pay over $1,000 for an Xbox series x and yet you can get online and find one for $400 or less. Don’t go here unless you won’t ever never ever be late on a payment and you’re willing to accept harassment type of phone calls from rude pickup drivers and managers."
