Musgrove Estates Apartments

"This place was the worst. I was living here when I was a singe mom. Thank goodness I do not live there anymore. I was placed in an apartment that had sliding doors that not work. I told the manager at the time, and they basically said they weren't going to do anything about it. I had to buy PVC pipe to place in it so that nobody could just walk in at any time since I was on the ground floor. There was another time that my lights kept flickering and I had said things several times and they ignored it. Then, several months later, my washer's power board got fried as stated by the company I had to come check it out. It cost me $800 to replace the power board after they had done several other things before finding out it was a fried power board. The lights continued flickering and they finally had an electrician come check it out. I was then told by the electrician that my apartment had never been grounded. He stated that was probably the reason my washer got fried. I went to them to pay the cost and they refused. I badly wanted to move, but couldn't afford the cost at this point. Among these things, there were several leaks in the apartments over the years I lived there and they just repetitively pulled the carpet back and placed a fan on it to "dry it out" even though I stated that it need to be replaced because it was disgusting and smelled moldy at this point. There is no way I would ever get an apartment managed by this company ever ever again."

"Very nice apartment. I lived here for over a year, and if I didn't have to move for work I would have stayed longer. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and maintenance is very responsive if any issues arise, etc. Definitely a great place to live!"

"Lived there 3 years and it was wonderful. Maintenance staff was always quick and super friendly. Neighbors became friends and it was a quite and safe place at all times. The manager Tasha knows her stuff and was always pleasant to deal with. I believe she is the difference and makes Musgrove estates feel more like an upscale condo village instead of your regular apartments. The location and convenience added to all that makes it the best place to live."
