"Had my first appt with Dr Heinzman’s group today. Got there on time and only waited out front about 20 minutes. Waited another 30 mins on Doctor but not a problem. Dr Collins, PA came in as Dr Heinzman was held up in surgery. Exam went easy enough and I was scheduled for surgery next 2 weeks. Front office ran fast and the RN that did evaluation back in the room was very nice and patient with me. Total time was a little over 2 hours. Great experience."

"STAY AWAY. DO NOT GO TO THESE DOCTORS If there was a 0 for a star that's what I would rate this practice. I don't know where the good review came from other than a family member. Dr. Heinzman performed a Nissen Fundoplication on me and messed me up forever. I am still having surgeries at the Mayo to get me to somewhat normal. I could not even swallow my own saliva and he kept telling me it would get better. After loosing 30 pounds.( I am only 130lbs 5'5") and 3 hospitalizations I went to the Mayo clinic where they told me I could have died if I waited any longer to get it reversed. He is definitely not experienced with this procedure but will perform it for the money. After all as long as a physician has "GOOD INTENT" there is nothing you can do. Make sure you research a good physician specially a surgeon before you let them cut on you. Just because you have good credentials does not make you a good mechanic."

"My husband had a abcessed diverticulitis, was very sick man. We went to Eastern Surgical center. We are very pleased. Dr Eric Dubois. Performed Surgery, July 27,2020. The Doctors worked as a team,with the decision to do surgery after attemps to use Antibiotics failed. Dr Duboise performed the surgery and today only 2 and 1/2 weeks is feeling great. He has colostomy bag, and in 3 months we're exspecting a reversal surgery. With Gods help and good doctors he is a blessed man."
