"It's a nice place"
"No washer/dryer connections in units. No dishwasher. No mail boxes, you are forced to rent a P.O. Box. Manager will say they have a no pet policy but allow certain tenants to have dogs. Age discrimination. Crack heads running back and forth, in and out of parking lot at all hours. Be sure to lock doors and DO NOT park any sort of trailer outside or it WILL be stolen. Had over $10,000 worth of property stolen but nothing could be done because it is "against their privacy policy" to install security cameras outside. Poor area. Poor maintenance. Mold and dust infesting units. Good luck with anything that needs to be fixed because it took two weeks in the middle of summer to fix my A/C unit after I called. Couldn't even live in my apartment because it was so hot. When confronting how long it was taking, I was told "the A/C guy has Alzheimer's and must have forgotten." Manager awfully rude. Laundry room cost $1.75 per load, per wash AND dry. expensive. Apartment staff will invade privacy and go in your unit while you're not there. Floors in units are falling in, I lived upstairs and floors were unreasonably squeaky... Causing elderly neighbors to complain every time you take a step. One of the worst places I've ever lived. Would not recommend."
