"My husband and I came for the weekend. The lake front view was absolutely gorgeous this time of year from the cottage and the fire pit! It’s so serene and peaceful. We brought our bass boat and enjoyed exploring the cove and bass fishing. The boat ramp and floating dock are an extra perk! The cottage is beautifully decorated and very cozy. The host was nice and very responsive. Absolute gem!"
"Walcox Point is the perfect cottage on Lake Weiss. While I didn’t take any photos of the cottage itself the photo I did take is the view from the dock. The cottage is clean, very comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. I am looking forward to my next stay there."
"Walcox Point was the perfect spot for our group retreat. I was so thankful we found it!!! The property was well kept, beautiful and fitted with a variety of spaces for hosting and taking care of our guests. It sits right in front of the water and overlooks the lake. The outdoor area is large and is covered with beautiful trees that provide shade. We rented a boat and spent most of the day outside. We ate and played games inside with our large group and had more than enough room. This property is stunning!"
"Recently stayed with my wife and son and liked being able to take my boat and launch right in the back yard! Enjoyed getting to fish and explore a new lake in Alabama. The house provides everything you need to make your trip as easy as can be. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet lake vacation!"
"Amazing getaway for our small family! Quiet area on the lake with direct boat access! Our son loved being able to swim and jump off the dock and then hop in the boat for a ride and fishing around the lake. The house has everything you need for you lake vacation and is close to restaurants and grocery store. We loved our time at Wilcox Point and will definitely be back!"
