"If I could give zero I would. These folks sent my final payment to collections but on the portal forgave the charges as a write off charge. When speaking to them about it they tried to lay blame at my feet instead of where it should have been which is their feet. In my opinion if I received the letter immediately after moving out and went to pay it and saw that the charges were written off yet then why would I think to still add a payment ,yet yall still sent it to collections as if I chose not to pay anything. Y’all are dead wrong. I wanted to even send the screenshot so that they could see where their mistake was made."

"** update If i could zero stars I would!! I have been WAITING 34 days For MY REFUND OF $175.00 DEPOSIT!!!! I have CALLED THERE OFFICE at LEAST 10 TIMES !! ALL I GET Is Wait 30 DAYS… WELL ITS BEEN 34 DAYS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! I went on a tour a the pool was green and closed on a hot day! Also the exercise equipment is sub par. Meaning it looks old. The place needs to be painted and new equipment purchased. The tv had been removed. They show you the renovated apartment. But when you apply they only have the non- renovated apartments available! So why show the renovated?? Show the ones you have available already…ugh! Not a good experience! Also if you put in an application they ask for bank statements..although you have paycheck stubs! Just another way of getting in your personal business! Paycheck stubs should be enough! You should not be asking for bank statements! This is not a good look! These people took $235.00 and have not REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT OF $175. 00 back to me AS OF YET!!! It has been 27 DAYS!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!"

"I moved here in June 2023 and I cannot wait to move out..The application process was horrible and my daughter and I are two very educated people, and the staff here treated us as if we were homeless people looking for somewhere to just crash..Ashley was not helpful at all she made me feel like I gave you the tour now what. In addition to that the apartment that we finally got after not being ready as promised was just patched up, sloppy painted and just outright looked like a crime scene. Unfortunately we were at the mercy of leasing agents Karley and Ashley because of new jobs.. So the people that gave this god forsaken place good reviews are just putting blinders on this place..They provide PISS POOR customer service and the maintenance sucks as well it’s obvious that their oh “they won’t let me change that script” is for everything. If I could rate this location a zero minus I would. Oh and let’s not forget the icing on the cake the big rats near the bbq area. When I expressed my concerns to Karly she gave me I don’t have time for this nonsense vibes and your interrupting my day. If this was the company I worked for my Corporate Office would have made a field visit for sure."

"Some trifling resident again has let their pet relieve themself right in front of the building and this happens too frequently. I have seen residents in the building I'm in take their dog out and let them do their business and walk away. The breezeway is absolutely disgusting. They do not clean the breezeway and let filth build up. The security gate is a joke because it's been broken going on three years. Trash dumpster is a bad look for any potential new tenants. Rent rises every year and services go down every year. Some office personnel need to take a class on customer service. Carpet is wearing down to the floor and they won't replace it. Maintenance staff turn over is often. No wonder there is a moving truck somewhere on the property weekly."
