"Dr Rudeseal has treated me for around 25 years now, as well as having treated all of my immediate family. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and he will listen to gain and understanding of your problems. He stays booked up, so getting in to see him for a cold or flu is not going to happen. Contacting the office has been a little more difficult and staff changes have impacted communications, but it seems to have leveled out and gotten better."
"Just got dropped by Frank. His son and nurses are rude and I even felt threatened by his son who came in my room acting like he was going to get physical with me. The whole problem is the red headed nurse there. She is very rude. She wouldn't even let me explain. She even cut me off at the front desk. This place has become sad. It used to be a good place, but since this nurse and his son have moved into the office this place has went downhill quick. It's obvious that Frank Rudeseal should do us all a favor and retire."
