"Don’t ever rent there the grounds look good but they don’t fix anything inside and when they do they charge a high price to fix a plug in it will cost a $100 and also they get in people’s mailboxes without permission. She is being turned in tomorrow and I’m having her arrested for getting in someone’s else’s mailbox without permission"
"Cordova Parks Apartments is a senior citizens community. The apartments are easy to maintain inside. There's no carpets to vacuum and the layout is simple and easy to navigate with a walker or wheelchair. The only problem that I see with the apartment is a wheelchair will not go through the bathroom door. This is very important if the occupant cannot walk at all. The grounds are well kept, and the office staff are very accommodating. They will do well checks on residents if you can't get in touch with them."
