"It’s bad. They never answer the phone . They never come to fix things, their service is TERRIBLE. If you need something fixed it will take 3-5 business WEEKS for them to respond. The only time they would be interested in talking to you is if it’s about rent . I would not recommend. & don’t be surprised if you see a baby scorpion crawling around your house or a mouse . The manager is barely in the office ."
