"Called hotel to inquire about our 2 fur babies that are registered with national service animal registry and told them we had their ID cards available to show.. was told they would accept them no problem. Got to motel and showed their id's at desk that have their pictures on them, the lady at desk said she had to physically see our babies before she would accept them and also they would only allow 1 of our babies per person. First off it is ILLEGAL to refuse service animals and after we show you their id's you DO NOT need to physically see our babies before you can check us in. That is ILLEGAL and we will be contacting main hotel to file a formal complaint. Bad bad move people"

"WARNING! They will add charges to your CC after you leave. We noticed $20 charge. Called and person couldn't speak English well but said it was "early check in fee". We did not check in early. Next call, the guy said it was for a pillow! Talked to manager and she said staff reported pillow missing. We did not take one of their cheap pillows. I realize their revenue is probably down, so if mgt does this to several customers every week, they get a lot of extra money. Take pictures of your room with a hotel employee before you leave. Will contact corporate office as well."
