"Nice staff. Rooms are very old and broken down. Smelled horrible. Fitted sheet would not stay on bed. Very uncomfortable all night. Elevator did not work smoothly. All this a?double the room rate because of graduation. Horrible experience."

"Room was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to knock a star off for service as they ran out of coffee at 7:10 on a Saturday morning and did not have any more brewed with a lobby full of people. Staying to wait for a fresh batch would have caused us to miss our flight. I realize it was a full hotel, but not realizing the coffee was running low and starting new tanks (these were 1 or more gallon tanks, not a standard coffee pot, they had viewable amount left displays) prior to running out is not good."

"We were "road weary" after a long day of driving and stopped for the night at this Hampton. Carson, the most delightful young man, greeted us and got us signed in. He is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel ! Each staff member that we had interactions with was so kind and efficient. The general appearance and upkeep of the hotel was impeccable. Our room was nice, comfortable, and very clean. Even the breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay around Tuscaloosa."

"Had a wonderful experience. Place was very clean and staff including house keeping was very professional and nice. Breakfast was good and had good variety. They also had complimentary snacks for guest the day we stayed. They had drinks and cookies for guest after 6pm. I think that was the most favorite part of the stay. We Really enjoyed it there."

"Customer service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There were fresh baked cookies put out in the evening for guests. The continental breakfast was so good. There is plenty to choose from. My son loved the waffle maker. The room we had was very nice and accommodating to my disabled parent. Our view was of the Harley Davidson store right across the street. Definitely recommend this hotel, it's the best one I have been to in a long time!"
