"Don’t be fooled by the model apartment. These are Small one bed room apartments. The paint jobs are not good at all. They literally have just painted over holes etc that were already there. My stove was too close to the wall and unable to be moved so it hit the wall every time I opened the oven. The AC unit is an old one as well. It is hard to get in contact with staff that will actually help you here. The landlord was difficult to work with and get in contact with at times. It is suitable for someone living alone or seniors, but there are better one bedrooms worth $611+. These have been here since 1974 and have barely been renovated. So Other than being stuck in this one year lease I enjoyed being out here it is quiet and near a cool outlet!"

"The location is great its close to everything, I love the laundry room, but the walls are very thin and I had neighbors who argued every night keeping my son up other than that I loved it there."
