The Bluff community feels safe and we are pleased that Peak Made replaced the security gates last year for each of the apartments. They also make a good effort with community engagement activities. It's also a quiet living environment to boot."

"The Bluff is the place to live!! I have lived at 3 different apartment complexes in Tuscaloosa and I can say with confidence The Bluff is the best of them. You get way more out of your money here than anywhere else in town. The apartments are huge and I have never had any big maintenance issues. My unit was in amazing condition when I moved in and the leasing staff is incredible. As an added bonus they are super pet friendly! The office staff is so helpful and outgoing, especially the Property and Leasing Managers, and they host super fun events at the property to engage the residents! They really take time to get to know everyone who lives here and make it feel like a home. The maintenance man is super friendly and has completed all of my work orders same day. Being a young woman it can be really intimidating having a maintenance person coming into my unit, so I really appreciate that their maintenance man is a recent college grad. It definitely makes me feel a lot more comfortable personally. The staff here is so professional and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! Signing again was the easiest decision ever!"

The staff has been incredible from the front office to maintenance. They really cater to the residents and make it a fun place to live. It will be a sad day when she has to move."

"I have really enjoyed living at The Bluff! The apartments are much bigger than most other student housing nearby. The grounds are nice and well kept. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the grounds keeper, Skyler. The have a very nice dog park that my dog loves! I do wish there was a water spigot at the dog park to fill up water bowls or wash off muddy paws. Overall, I am very happy and plan to stay here for my time in Tuscaloosa. This is my second year living here and I have already renewed for next year!"
