"So glad I avoided renting from this property management group. Right before I was ready to apply I inquired about their pet policy. Not only did they want a $500 damage deposit per pet but also wanted to increase rent for every pet. In addition to requiring more deposit as well as more rent they require that you register your pet with the website that will cost an additional 25 per animal per year. Word to the wise steer clear of this group. THEY ARE OUT TO RIP YOU OFF ANY WAY POSSIBLE!!!"
