"This is my second visit to Baymont. My first was in June and now since January 1. The management (Amanda) and Mike had their hands full. Courtview caught on fire and 200 plus residents were displaced. She has done everything she could to help us. Even helping with donations from churches and her & Mike personally. Thank you so much!!! "Disgusting. First room has so many ants in the sink and on the counter it looked like the countertop was alive. Called desk for a new room which they provided but got the strong sense that I was inconveniencing them by asking for a room with less insects. Second room had no bugs (that I am aware of) but couldn't use the heater as it let of a noxious smell of burning dust and mildew. Property was scuzzy also with shopping carts and garbage all over. Would not stay here again, would sleep in car first."
"I wish I could leave zero stars but then I couldn't leave a review.- there were lots of bugs in our room. One of the grossest things was when I unplugged my charger from the wall and like 5 bugs that crawled out of it. Also there was no plug for the tub and the shower curtain was dirty. So my daughter could not take a bath. Not that I would have let her in that filthy. I would have complained to someone if the lobby was open. Was told when I booked online breakfast was included- no such thing was offered. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"Have stayed here before and had a great experience. Booked again and it did not meet our expectations. Rooms could have been cleaner. Sink backed up in bathroom and found multiple bugs around the room. There was no TV service. Every day we were told cable company would be out. Am guessing either they couldn’t afford it or hadn’t paid their bill. Front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate."
"This place is an absolute pigsty. Walls , floors and bathroom were absolutely filthy. Several dead roaches in various places. Someone from the health department in Florence needs to come and padlock this atrocity. TV's didn't work at all. The desk clerk said "the cable company won't come out." My guess is no one has paid the cable bill. DO NOT spend your money in this place!! I have multiple pictures of this filthy dump but unfortunately see no way to post them."
