"Huge bedrooms and an awesome location."
"No amenities Very expensive ($1800 minimum for 3 bedroom) There's a peninsula of counter space that isn't secured and feels like it'll fall at any time The floor scratches extremely easily (all concrete) Then worst part, though, is by far the deposit. Expect to get very little of your deposit back. $150 fee per bedroom minimum. They'll try to charge you for the AC that you filed to maintaincr 4 months prior. They'll tell you to ignore water damage and try to charge you. The labor fee is minimum $80, so if they have to replace anything, it's going to be very expensive. The people who sort this all out are incredibly rude, too. And you'll have to be out by 10 am on the day your lease ends --it's written somewhere in the agreement, but management doesn't even have the decency to send out a reminder. In addition, the location sucks. Some guy offered me drugs outside my apartment at 5 am on my way to work. You'll have to cross the train tracks going to campus, too, which is a royal pain."
