"I went to the office in December to get some information. Upon entering I was greeted by A white female named Amy she was very polite and professional she answered all the questions I had and also took the time to introduce me to the Property manager who was Bobby. I did ask a few more questions but after I had all the information in hand and was able to view an apartment and was give a tour. I noticed that the complex has really changed and with all the security cameras and the staff that is in place now, I would feel more than safe staying there. I feel this complex has really changed since the last time I went in. And I am sure when I am ready to move I will be visiting Amy and Bobby again. Not sure if anyone will read this but if so you really need to visit these guys they really care about their community and tenants."

"I been having problems with the property management this company is ridiculous they have a reputation of they cant even keep . ive called corporate still nothin is resolved so they are crooked i wouldn't advised anyone to rent from this company"

"I did an application in August and turned it in to Amy. The manager Called and informed my caseworker that I was needed to come sign paperwork and lease. When I arrived to sign my lease, the manager informed me that it’d never been processed. I reported them to navigate, in which they lied to keep from losing their jobs. Would not recommend. Unless you have months worth of time to waste and risking being homeless."

"Ridiculous I applied, they approved me then, said I was denied. Now they've taken 4months to get me my security deposit back!!! Ive been literally waiting since January. They are unprofessional and unorganized and careless"
