"I called looking to change my insurance and I got some lady on the phone who had absolutely no insurance experience I ended up explaining many things to her she kept getting confused. I asked her if I chose to go with her company if she would my agent and she said yes. Little scary I thought. She said they wrote for a lot of different companies and she would take all my information and shop it out and then call me back I've never heard a word from them. And in a lot of ways I'm glad because I don't think they're very competent and I think the insurance bureau of Indiana needs two probably look into them a bit. I'm afeared the lady I spoke to probably doesn't have an insurance license in this state"

"The customer service is bad. They don’t let you go inside to their desk after COVID, and you have to shout with all of your voice to answers their questions from the waiting area. The communication is the key to business, but you can’t see the person you are talking to, because they are at their desk, and you are in the waiting room. At least they should have come outside with their laptops or something, if they don’t want you to go inside. I don’t know if it happens to others, could only happen to me since I’m in minority."

"Bad service. Stay away from this agent. Here is my experience with this agent. I asked them to take off my friends' car from my policy. Then after three days, I verify about that and they told me you all set . Then after about 45 days , I received a letter from the company that said your policy was elapsed. I noticed that I was driving without insurance for 45 days. I was really shocked!! The agent lied to me . They did not change the way I ask. But they told me thay did. At least They should let me know about my policy if they can't change."
