"I went to AutoZone today because that used to be my old go to. I walked in there were about six employees up at the front just talking. No one said anything to me. So I just went about trying to find a simple backup light bulb which is a normal everyday carry. They didn't have it. The young kid at the front tried to help me but all he had to do was look up the number of the bulb but he went through the whole process of trying to find out what kind of car it was etcetera. To tell me it was not in stock. So I left there and went to O'Reilly which is actually closer to my home and I wasn't aware of that location was there. I went in I was greeted and I went and found the bulb. I needed in fact they had two different kinds. One upgraded version which is the one I bought."
