"Came I’m on Wednesday to change a headlight bulb, on my Hertz Uber rented car. Had a voucher for the repair. They did a mandatory inspection, and realized that I needed brakes pads. They kept the car, got the brake pad job done, but never replaced the headlight bulb. I called in on Saturday morning, to let them know, that they didn’t do the repair that I came in for. I said, can I come in this morning, to get it replaced. They said that they had to call the general manager. I went ahead and replaced the bulb, with my money, because I can’t drive to work in the dark, without a headlight, and I can’t burn any more lunch hours to get it replaced."
"Stetson is an impeccable store manager! The work is always perfect! He always works hard to stay in my price range! I have 3 vehicles and all are maintained there! I have had a lot of work done on my cars. 2005 Honda pilot has 250+ miles and drives like the day I bought it! It’s best to drop off the car and pick up when it’s done because they are often busy but I don’t mind."
