"I love my apartment and the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional!!"
"New staff not friendly or helpful. Always changing something in the policy. Now there’s no grace period with rent. Maintenance never fixes anything always riding around on golf carts. I been here 4 yrs nothing has been updated in this apartment but our rent keeps rising. I will be looking into a different location soon."
"About to get ready to go around and get a petition signed to turn into the city or health department based off the issues here with bugs and breach of contract due to maintenance we will be moving soon they say a 24 hr notice which is law in Alabama unless of an emergency but the new management says 24 hr notice is a courtesy maintenance won't fix anything cause they come when we're not aware and blame our dog had roach problems 8 months out of almost the year we've been here and told maintenance the office and terminex we were infested yet they only sprayed the kitchen and bathroom & no matter how much they spray they come right back and it also states in the email when terminex comes maintenance is with them and spose to check your fire detector batteries plumbing and air filters which is never done the batteries died one night and it wouldn't quit goin off so I checked to see what type of battery it took and it came out the wall like nothing the thermostat was cut that goes to our air conditioner and heat which means we went 5 6 months without that necessity or air-conditioning pipe drain overflowed and maintenance came talked for 30 mins holding a shop vac obviously intoxicated never put fans or anything down to dry the water up that leaked into the kitchen under the stove and cabinets which already had previous water damage so there probably mold growing under them then came back after he got done stating he had a call for this apartment like he forgot they sprayed weed killer around everywhere you have to weed eat even in the dog park so poison where you take your dogs to play & this place is under it's 3rd management since we moved in October 2022 it's gotten worse and worse yet when I went to the office to confront them they told me they wasn't allowed to talk toe cause I threatened them with a attorney which I didn't I said I'll just ask my attorney what I can do in this situation and don't believe the pictures on the website"
"While I have not lived there, I can give you my experience just driving through the complex to deliver Uber orders. There is almost no lighting at night. They painted the building numbers the same color as the brick it's on so it makes it very hard to see. The layout of the complex is terrible, you can get lost easily. There's no signage so you don't really know where you're going. All of this makes just delivering orders there a pain, so I couldn't imagine actually living there"
"If I could do no stars I would. The rent changes like every week. I went from $755 to $804. For a one bedroom apartment which is nor worth the price. When I moved in the place was half clean. They promised me linoleum instead of carpet. And they really never painted. My door looks horrible. They really need to get rid of the $100 late fee. Maybe they could keep tenants. I'm gonna see what the new management plan to do with the property. But they have a good pet policy."
