"HONEST REVIEW: As a Tuscaloosa native I’d heard about Woodlawn Manor and the reputation proceeded it. But when I came to view the unit I was pleasantly surprised and could not beat the price point. It is central to everything in Tuscaloosa. I moved into a one bed one bath with my dog the first of February and it has been fantastic. Being a single woman I was nervous about living alone out here but The leasing office and agents are AMAZING and my neighbors are so friendly and welcoming! It’s ideal for college students or elderly who don’t want the responsibility of a home right now. This was a gamble that paid off. Great price, great location and under Druid City Properties it’s really turning around. Don’t miss out on Tuscaloosa’s Hidden Gem!"

"I can not wait until my lease is up!!!! I've never lived anywhere like this before. The maintenance requests go unnoticed, I live downstairs and my upstairs neighbors obviously does not have a job. They fight, blast music and stomp all day/night. I've called several times and reported them, NOTHING has happened. I would sleep in my car at the park before moving here. Let's not talk about the bug problem. They do not care about their tenants but expect the rent each month. I have a toodler whos never even been outside over here because of the fast driving and gun shots. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"Very unsafe place to live. The water has a very strong chlorine smell and it's unsafe to drink. The toilets from other apartments come into the next apartments tub. The stoves catch on fire randomly. The crime is unbelievable."
