"Honestly I never write reviews. But, I feel like Loyda should be publicly acknowledged. I think I have been with Loyda for 5 years or so now, and I have been in good situations and bad situations that she has allowed me to fully understand, gain insight, and be able to respectfully trust her recommendations on how to move forward. As someone who doesn't understand the insurance world at all, she's made things easy to understand and gave me guidance on what would be best for me regardless if she would have my business or not. In fact, in my complicated situation some years ago Progressive was the best solution for me to have and she let me know that. Then after our call she did all the work to set me up with Progressive to take care of that situation. The best part about this was 1. I got the best solution for my situation at the lowest cost, and 2nd I was in still able to have her as my represented agent! Even through Progressive, although she works for Shelter Insurance. I didn't know the insurance world could do such things. It's probably because I dont have 20+ years of experience like she does lol If I were somebody who was seeking a low honest price, a solution to your insurance issues, or if you are looking for an agency/agent that isn't out to take your money... then you should definitely give Loyda a call. And honestly even if you are considering other insurance companies that are more well-known, I would still contact her first at Shelter Insurance so that she can make sure you're getting the best deal for you with any company you are thinking of. If there's a chance that you can have her as your agent through her agency or any other bigger name agency, that is going to be one of the best parts about your policy is having her as your agent. Hands down!"
