"This is not the place to bring your kids. Donna the nurse is very short and rude. My son was very nervous of the procedure they were about to do. They did not handle it well and was very rude. I went into another room to try to talk him into it and calm him down. 5 minutes later tried to go back into procedure room and was told no the doctor had moved on to next patient. Kids need you to smile, be friendly, and calm."

"A nice Dr. I went in for a Step 1 sinus surgery, and ended up having a Step 3. I thought that he did a great job. However, I had 3 breaks on my nose that weren't repaired. I also have loose cartridge, and will have to sinus surgery once again, this time with a different ENT. I'm so dreading having to endure this procedure once again, as this procedure is very painful."
"Best ENT Doctor on the planet as far as I am concerned. Truly cares and makes every effort to treat hs patients as if they are his very family and one or only patient. I wouldn't every think of ever recommending anyone else to this practice for there first line of defense. Saved my life and didn't give up and pass me a along because of I being a "unusual " case that didn't make sense. Also His Partner Dr. Norris is cut from the same mold.
