"It's nearly impossible to put into words the treatment I as a patient received from the staff in it's entirety from Thomas Hospital. I can only describe my experience as impeccable, most pleasant, the absolute best visit to a facility that's as fast past and demanding on a staff as Thomas Hospital but to witness the expertise, patience, hospitality along with the attentiveness, warm smiles coupled with knowledge the entire staff displays made a visit to have a serverly broken arm care for seems as if I was on a visit with friends. And I was. Thanks again to the entire staff for your professionalism, South Baldwin County is in really good hands with the care of Thomas Hospital. Keep up the great works and caring for the entire community of Baldwin County. ,"

"He led in thru ER yesterday at 2:30 pm with heart palpitations went smoothly getting in room nurses and doctors (3) attentive. Had to stay in ER all night and all day today. 3:30 pm and still no Dr patients on beds in halls. I just need a Dr. to clear me to leave!"

"Review of ER... The care you receive entirely depends on which doctor you see. Over the past few months I felt the need to visit the ER several times as Ive had some very complicated issues with my neck. One of the doctors made me feel completely stupid for coming to Thomas since they "don't have a spine department" (wish I could remember her name 0.5/10 stars, id rather not be visiting the ER at 3am on Tuesday) and other doctors that did everything in their power to either figure out what was wrong or get me to someone that could. One of the doctors I didn't agree with and ended up leaving but he was an excellent doctor. He tried his best, and bed side manner was top notch, but what I needed was a specialist."

"Visited the ER Monday morning to discover I had kidney stones. I was admitted right away and had surgery later the afternoon. This was a most pleasant experience. All of the nurses, especially Sharon, Mary, Elizabeth, Isabelle and many others were so delightful and helpful! The doctors, Dr. Jorns and Dr. Broadwell and anesthesiologist were very thorough and understanding."

"I had my baby here and had the best experience! It was my first time delivering at this hospital and it was my fifth baby. My experience here was the best out of all of my other deliveries. The staff was incredible, the hospital was clean. Beth was my initial nurse and went above and beyond to make sure that me and baby were safe and comfortable. The anesthesiologist did an amazing job putting my epidural in. 10/10."
