"STAY AWAY FROM LETTING YoUr STUDENT SIGN A LEASE HERE! Overpriced, unprofessional and when you don’t renew they will start messing with your account to collect all kinds of fees. Amanda O’Neil manager since fall 2023 is a master of this and horrible with customer service. This is my daughter’s 3rd and worst year. This woman does not listen to any requests. Does not respond to questions with actual answers. Takes her weeks to respond and she has this mastered so then retroactive can add late fees daily and use the lease as an excuse. She is all about late fees, to the point where she will not honor the automatically set up payment agreement and then have the nerve to charge late fees on the rent. She blocks you from trying Making payment, won’t cash your certified bank check which she demanded we switch to. Never been late making rent or utilities payments! She ignores any and all communication and just keeps adding late fees. $620 late fees in 2 months. Congrats Landmark Properties Inc, way to rip off students. This is truly something to be proud of.Reaching your #1status in the industry one screw over at a time. You know exactly what you are doing when purposely hiring incompetent managers and when someone asks for assistance you dismiss it without even returning call requests. "I LOVE living here. The staff is so nice and is always welcoming when I walk in. The rooms and bathrooms are the perfect size and the kitchen is HUGE. Having a pool including in the amenities is also amazing. Will definitely be living here till i graduate!"

"My daughter lived here for a year and experienced multiple maintenance issues. During her last months the apartment upstairs apartment had plumbing issues which led to a flood in my daughters apartment. Ruined tons of personal property. She had to relocate to a different apartment until the water was removed. She was then located back to her original apartment which was still UNDER CONSTRUCTION from the damage. Here's the kicker ... this place had the nerve to send me a bill for $25 in damages. Don't bother trying to get a hold of management (if there is any). This place was the worst decision ever!"

"Best apartment in town! The floor plans are spacious and you get the convenience of living right next to the strip without all of the noise (and without the ridiculous price tag). The amenities are awesome and always cleaned, my favorite being the dog park and dog grooming station. The staff is amazing and responsive, any maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly. I highly recommend!"
