"I LOVE LIVING HERE! Have lived here for two years now in an apartment with 5 girls total & 5 more of our best friends live in the apartment next to us. Love the building & the staff they always decorate & so cute things for the residents. Clean, nice apartments. The maintenance people are what really set this place apart. My bathroom was FOUL like horribly dirty & I’m not gonna get into the details but it was absurd. The maintenance guy came in & de clogged my drain & returned the next time I needed him with a smile on his face & in a timely manner! He didn’t judge me for my bathroom & how messy it was. Love you tradition on the 50!"

"PARENTS BEWARE!! BAIT AND SWITCH. Daughter went in with 4 friends looking for a 5 bedroom lease. Was told they had availability and for the kids to put the names of all on the paperwork. Tradition gave her and another a lease - but broke the girls up into different apartment with strangers. Check out FB - this is not the first time this has happened. They are baiting the kids for one thing and switching to another - then holding them responsible for the lease!! They don't call you back. STAY AWAY!!"
