"Great environment, and a very helpful and genuine staff. Lost my wallet there and they picked it up and contacted me in less than a few hours. One of the only places i know of in Tuscaloosa that keeps up with their pool. Stays clean always."

"My daughter lived in this place for one year, her sophomore year, she lived in Oak Ave location. Some of the staff has changed and that got slightly better, but there are still LOTS of issues. 1.) when the girls were shown an apartment, the leasing agent knew they needed a four bedroom and instead showed them a five bedroom and said it was pretty much the same, just one less bedroom. That was NOT true! The four bedroom common area is basically a kitchen with a sofa , chair & coffee table squeezed in there so there is really no place to chill except your small bedroom. Total misrepresentation! 2.The rent is outrageous for the size and location of these units. 3.) Oak Ave., is not very safe. They did supply ring cameras, but they are always offline. 4.) maintenance with show up with no notice. 5.) they will find a way to keep all or a portion of the security deposit, no matter how well the unit looks. 6.) the leasing agent screwed up the room assignments which started the living situation off to a bumpy start! 7.) Response time is very poor and communication is extremely poor. RUN!!"

"I have lived here for the last two years and loved it so much. Our time here has been great and we love the girls in the front office and the maintenance guys. We planned on resigning but then they raised the rent by over $300 per month so unfortunately we won't be resigning."

"I have lived here for 3 years and I LOVE IT! The maintence men are so nice and are quick to fix any problems, and Mary Beth is on top of everything and is amazing as well. The amenities are the best part, specifically the pool! Highly recommend!"

"I have lived here for two years in a row now and my roommates and I have had a horrible experience here. We have had major issues each year. Last year we had a problem with our hot water getting turned off and locked for a week because they had the "wrong address" for the water bill that was not paid. On the third floor of our unit, our roof was leaking and dripping into our rooms that made our carpets start to mold and ruined some of our things. Our toilet on the third floor broke and then leaked into the second floor bedroom and soaked her entire ceiling and started to drip. We live on the side of 12th ave and everyone that lives on that side, our trash was never picked up from trash valet. Our neighbor would go around and pick up all the trash bags and put them in his truck and take them to the dumpster since the management couldn't do their job after being notified multiple times. This year we have only been here for a month so far and our hot water has been turned off and on and still not permanently fixed. Every time the management comes to fix it they say they don't see anything wrong with it and don't know why its happening. Our dryer also hasn't worked for the past month because they are "waiting on a part." Which they said was ordered awhile ago. The gate to the parking lot also has been broken since year and we have notified them multiple times. It doesn't open when the car pulls up or when you hit the clicker. We have been really annoyed living here and no one seems to take action and care. Our parents have gotten involved and still nothing ever seems to get done. It is really sad that we have to deal with everything ourselves and they can't abide by their contract. The management has just gone downhill since it was switched at the beginning of last year and they only care about the money and not their tenants. It s really frustrating and annoying. On top of all of that we have not be compensated for anything and not even a sorry has come from them. Wouldn't recommend living here."
