"Staff has been very professional since I started using this clinic In 2021after the on I used to use refused to see me for an ear infection that caused me to lose my hearing temporarily , only had a few minor problems where I would walk into their walk in clinic and get turned away but front desk staff was great at explaining why the physician was unable to see me , the Drs and nurse practitioners I’ve seen have all been great definitely one of the better urgent cares in Birmingham they helped me understand Covid 19 and how the different Covid test worked after I had kept testing positive on an at home test for several weeks , thank you"

"Dr. Thomas is an amazing doctor. He has wonderful beside manners and he listened to me. He offered different options of treatment. He answered all of my questions as well as any concerns that I might of had. I definitely recommend coming to this location. The staff are nice and pleasant as well."

"After being seen by one of the physicians last week, I needed to be seen as my problem came back. I arrived at the same time 7:15 p.m., as my previous visit, only to be told they were not seeing Walk-in patients. I explained I had been seen last week at the same time, but I was told it’s up to the physician. This is absolutely no way to run a business, if your website says your open until 8:00, then it should be."

"Not sure about other doctors at this urgent care, but cannot tell you enough DO NOT see Joseph Shepherd. I was the first person to come in on a Saturday with a fever and extreme pain in my mouth and throat. I tested negative for everything, BUT he still treated me for strep despite the negative test? Also could not get away from me fast enough and would BARELY look at me, like he was afraid to touch a sick person. Ended up going to another doctor two days later who told me NONE of his assessments or treatments were correct for my condition and the prescription he gave me probably was making my pain WORSE. Do not go here, the staff seems like they are forced to hurry (I don’t blame them obviously it comes from someone higher up) even when they don’t need to, so you don’t feel like a patient at all, you feel more like livestock."
