"Receptionists can be quite rude and condescending, particularly Shay. I find this sad considering the kind of doctors' office this is. People dealing with mental health issues certainly do NOT need someone talking down to them. Very unprofessional. Maybe counseling is needed for those dealing with patients in the mental health arena."

"I was put on Two horrible drugs with black box warnings just so they wouldn’t have to give me one .25 Clanazepam a day . My anxiety is the worst it’s ever been I am a caregiver for a person with advanced Alzheimer’s and the only thing Grayson cares about is the liability. You will not get any help here . I have tried 3 different Grayson doctors and their hands are tied by this company and you will not get any help. Go somewhere else. Also 6 doctors over 28 years all agree i need that medication. They took me off in 28 days . The detox off that medication should at least take 6 months according to Legit medical literature I have looked up. Thay are not using a huge group of psychiatric drugs bc that are afraid. This is wrong. Also every time I go to the ask why , The answer changes for why I have to get of the good medicine. So they lie too."

I am out of my medication, and they have been unresponsive for over 10 days now. They are more than happy to email and text daily when they are sending out their bills - not when they are late but from the first day it goes out… but when it comes to responding to a call/text/email about anything else, it’s ridiculous."

Then was very upfront that Dr. Schacter does not prescribe for patients who use CBD/Delta 8. I literally said this isn’t the place for me, and it seemed to stun her. These people are terrible."
