"They are very aware of my needs and keep very good record of my past and present treatment of my health needs!!"
"The staff is always very welcoming and professional certified qualified bona fide and not petrified to tell the patient the truth not what he or she wants to hear but what they need to know about their health"
"Everyone greeted my spouse & myself very friendly as soon as we entered."
"It was a nice experience, all employees was very curious and informative and the medical staff was very professional with their approach to helping me get through my illness.I left there feeling like I found a place where I was treated like a real person instead of the next number in line.If anyone out there would like the opportunity to feel that same way then I would highly suggest that you take a visit to Oak St.Health to get the same wonderful experience that I had."
"I'm not certain which one of the NP's treated my elderly neighbor, but I'm not pleased with what I heard. My neighbor stated that the practitioner was extremely rude and condescending. Whether she was suffering from dementia or not no one deserves to be treated less than. When I find out which of them it was I'll be sure to send a formal complaint because that type of approach isn't what our elderly need at this time. I've never seen my neighbor this upset ever, and the practitioner had an issue with her blood pressure, YOU'RE THE REASON WHY IT WAS HIGH. Having a nasty disposition as a provider is not a good thing. How do you expect your patients to open up to you if you're being rude? Terrible, just terrible."
