"(drive thru) I asked for extra soy sauce and the employee says it’s in the bag and immediately shuts the window and walks away…. Upon checking there’s TWO soy sauces and random sauces that I have no need for… I get her attention and ask for extra soy sauce and she says “it’s in the bag; is that not enough for a ‘bigger plate?’” Well obviously not if I’m asking for more??? What’s the deal?? Is there a sauce shortage or something? Either say there’s a charge or hand the sauce over without a debate. Extremely annoying."

"12/5 If I could give zero stars I would, ordered string Bean chicken she said we don't have anything with beans or mushrooms. I get to the window and see I didn't get any napkins or forks so after beeping at the window trying to get her attention she finally comes to the window & says we don't have napkins & we don't have forks but I can give you a spoon...am I suppose to eat my noodles with a spoon? Horrible restaurant"

"I have an issue with my food and one of the managers is trying to give me a bowl when I paid for a plate I’m not accepting that so he suggested I speak with the manager that’s over him who is barely there. I will be contacting corporate."

"This location is pretty cool because it's right around the movie theater close to the local Expressway I have visited this particular locations and they never seem to have brown rice also they're always running out of the mushroom chicken and chicken breast string beans and sometimes the employees that work the drive thru window-Have attitudes well at least the time that I don't swipe my card and pay with cash Id probably give this place three ⭐⭐ ⭐ they have the potential be a great establishment but some changes need to be done the employees need a major lesson in customer service and every time I go to this location for some strange reason they always double charge my credit card that's why I like to only pay with cash"

"I was here to pick up a door dash order. Normally I don't have any problems with panda express door dashing but I waited little over a half an hour and the girl ask me 4 times who the order was for. She kept saying 1 minute when she asked and I tell her the name then then she kept taking other people that walked in. Another door dash driver said he been waiting a while as well. We might be delivery people but people who ordered actually paid for their food and we have a certain time to have it delivered by. I can understand if you was really busy and backed up but they was taking people as soon as they walked in. Terrible service. I will never order from or pick up door dash at this location again!!"
