"I saved $900.00 with Joe’s auto Service inc! The manager Gary is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in communication. After speaking with him regarding my Lexus RX 350, I not only understood what needed to be done, but why and within what timeframe! Another auto shop told me I had a broken sway bar and would have to pay $900.00 for parts and labor! That was simply not true as Gary fixed what was needed within an hour without ordering a single part! As a woman I have to say any talk of mechanics is usually out of my depth, making me an easy target! Gary treated me like I was family, even teaching me a few things.
