"They do not do good hair unless you getting knotless. I got twist and it look like it’s already a month old after one night. Another time I got a braids up into a pony it was not done nicely or neatly done.She do not care about her customers option about their hair. Do not get me wrong I use to kinda like going to Cici shop but her staff is rude and no one cares about their customers hair. I would ran far away from this shop they are not what they use to be."

"This is the worst place I have been to get my hair done. Literally people crawling all over you and staring in your face. The unprofessionalism is on a 1000. Spent $400 on supposedly medium waist length boho and ended up with small butt length braids. Had to come back the next morning because some of my braids were not finished some were too short nail glue everywhere. Owner has no idea about customer service and instead of rectifying the situation just comes up with excuses and defends their behavior. I watched the owner stop a girl at the door after she paid and was told she was done because her hair was not finished! The girl ended up sitting for another 25 minutes!! So that much of here hair was not done??? This shop is overrated all because you have 4 ppl braiding your hair to get u in and out but the quality of braiding is terrible. Will never return!! They also share your curly hair with other clients for bohos"

"I went to the location in Worth on 105th Harlem, I asked for box braids with the bohemian hair throughput. I didn’t realize until she was nearly finished that she braided my hair in knotless braids which I specifically said I didn’t want due to my hair being very thin. I went the next day and paid to have my hair fixed, I will not return and do not recommend this shop……o stars."

Give them grace due to them being a bit late, I am African and that is just a part of our culture. I don’t mind it because they always get the job done the pricing is reasonable, due to the work that they put into your hair! I highly recommend them for everybody!!"
