"We will not go here again! Though the initial customer service (welcome/wait) was very good, my daughter had a horrible experience with her hair cut! She’s been growing her hair out to donate for two years. We went for a simple cut, asking for 8 inches to be removed. Instead Diana cut 13 inches despite us talking through and measuring the length together multiple times. 13 inches, and a poor cut at that!!! Now my daughter can barely pull her hair back in a ponytail. She left in tears. Thankfully, her beauty is so much deeper than her hair. Not one to complain, but wanted to save others from a similar experience."
