"Came here to get a battery replaced. I had one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I usually go to AutoZone for my car issues, but came here this time. Adam went above and beyond to help not just myself out, but the customer in front of me. Without his help, it would have likely taken me double or triple the time to replace my battery, but he was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'll be coming here exclusively for my auto parts needs."
"Never had an issue with this store before until now. I asked about battery testing and the guy behind the counter said they have to remove the battery to test it. Since when? They test it without removing it just fine at other places. So what about replacing it for me if I purchase? Again, maybe and only if it’s easy to get to. And this is all in spite of the fact that the website says there is free battery installation when a battery is purchased. Helping a customer do what the store advertised is apparently way too difficult. Off to another store where people are actually helpful. Maybe hire some people that don’t treat customers like they’re an inconvenience."

"Went in bought a belt for my 02 Tahoe. They gave me the wrong belt. I came back tried to return said belt. They said they can't because the parts numbers don't match what they "sold me" on the receipt. They looked up my parts. They handed them to me. Fix the problem you created instead of calling me a liar."
