My friend suggested this place for all automotive needs and I was left completely unsatisfied with the service because upon heading home I realized my brake light was STILL not in fact fixed. Although I was not charged for the brake light check, my car was in service for over 7 hours leaving me stranded at Dunkin’ Donuts."

"Eric at Good Year is amazing. I called 5 shops before a friend told me to call Good Year. Eric suggested I bring my car in when they opened and he'd look at the issue and see what needed to be done. Check engine light was on and I worry about stuff like that. Luckily it was not a serious problem but HE explained everything and put my mind at ease. Thank you for excellent customer service!"
"Do not recommend at all; anywhere else is better. Do not buy road hazard here. They will not honor it if something happens out of state, despite the fact that there are Goodyear Tire service centers in many other states (and the others DO offer nationwide warranty). We also were never informed of our bent wheels, despite buying MANY tires here. Multiple times they would order tires for us, and then not call when they came in. Customer service was decent 10+ years ago when we first came here. Now, I highly recommend going elsewhere."

There have been opportunities to take advantage of me and my limited knowledge of vehicle repair I'm sure, but that's not how they do business. Integrity, professionalism...Eric is great! Been coming here for years now. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else."
