"Spent about 40 mins trying to check in online, reset my password a couple times finally just called to see if I could check in online. Went from whoever answered the phone to the "manager." I explained all these attempts to check in online. She was really $h!tty about this request but agreed to check me in over the phone this one time. I absolutely hate this business model where customers have to create a whole account just to get a haircut. This manager has easily been the rudest person I've dealt with at a sport clips."
"Online check in system wasn’t working. Called to be added to the waitlist and was told they don’t have anyone at the computer to do so and instead just come in to be added to the wait list then. Just defeats the whole point of being added to a waitlist to reduce the amount of time you wait if your system is down and you won’t take a check in over the phone."
