"I've never gotten a good haircut at a great clips, unfortunately. Like seriously.. ever. And I've given them so many chances. I just always have to do some correcting at home. It's a bummer because I love the convenience of the online check in. That's why I've gone back again and again. Servers are generally nice. One lady just griped at me the during the entirety of the time she cut my hair... Not a pleasant experience."

"My dad went in to get his veterans day haircut. When he went in today, the employees there were arguing whose turn it was to do the haircut, but it was the loser who had to do it. They did this in front of him, and then proceeded to have an attitude during the service. He fought for a world he could try and raise his kids in and he’s slapped in the face with this kind of stuff in return. Absolutely heartbreaking."

"Hasn't been as organized since covid. Prices up. Still can get a good haircut. I've been going there for 20 years and usually get good service. Always wondered why most stylists don't fix their own hair. But I guess it's like plumbers never get their own pipes fixed."

"Only giving 5 stars so maybe I can save someone else’s time & money. The worst experience for my 3 year old son. The lady cutting his hair stopped half way through because my son was crying. We were still charged full price & had to take my son elsewhere to get his hair corrected. If the lady felt she couldn’t cut a child’s hair, she should’ve said that when we asked if it was okay that he was 3.. absolutely disappointed & will never go back. I tried helping her by offering to hold my son & she declined.if you have children, go elsewhere."
