"My 1st visit and was not Impressed with the stylist (Richard) that cut my hair. He did not listen like he had other things on his mind. A couple of times I had to ask if he heard me. I brought pictures of my previous cut but he cut it so different from what I asked. He said if you have any issues give me a call. I reached out the day of my cut and it took him 2 days to get back with me. He said he overlooked my message. Overpriced for a bad cut."
