"I should have read the reviews. But I’m not hard to please. A hello, a smile, maybe eye contact if you can’t speak or smile. I startled her when I walked in at 9:30 am. I must have really put her out. She was abrupt and never once looked at me. Another woman apologized for her behavior, said that the woman spoke to me “but you didn’t hear her” I was uncomfortable and felt like I had to watch her work for fear that she’d hurt me. When she reached for the “cheese grater” to slough the dead skin, I said no and pulled my foot back. She threw the instrument back into the receptacle which then fell off. She starts to grease up my legs and I told her to stop and just polish my toes. “No massage?” No and I won’t be back. I was charged $40 for all that fun by the way."

"I genuinely love this place. I work pretty hard with my hands so I have a difficult time with breaking nails. This is the first place I've been to that I don't have that problem, my nails stay on for the full 3 weeks until I get them filled or a new set. I can always rely on my set appointment time to be honored, the prices are fair, staff is always friendly, and im usually In and out in a reasonable amount of time."
