"i had a great experience getting my nails done by Vicky even though they were quite thick but the design was very pretty after they first said they don’t have time when I made an appointment and explained on the phone. my friend got hers done by Camille (i believe) and she was extremely rude and denied her of doing a glitter underneath and i’m assuming because she did not feel like doing it. I have also never had my nails pop off and i mean 8/10 nails… this fast. very upset. not even worth trying to go back to get them fixed"

"I’m new to the area so I decided to give a new salon a chance, stumbled upon this place. The first time I came in and got my nails done the girl who did them was super impatient and rude to me but she did my nails really nicely so I tried to look past it. 3 weeks later I came back to get a fill, my nails were pretty grown out so the lady I saw this time (which I believe is the owner, or manager) suggested I got a new set and I agreed with her. She proceeded to scrape my nails off with a tool I’ve never even seen before and ripped them off. It was so damn painful I almost got up and left but she giggled it off and said that soaking them off would’ve taken over 40 minutes. Mind you, the shop was not busy at all. Anyway, she continued to do my nails which turned out mediocre at best. When I went to check out my total was $80. Said that a “soak off” was $12… I wouldn’t have minded paying for the service if she had actually soaked them off like a normal person. Any person who works in the nail industry including myself knows that this isn’t at all safe or appropriate to do. Incredibly disappointed and will never return."

"Wow - this is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been a client for over a year now. All the technicians are skilled and do such a wonderful job. Location is super convenient and parking is easy. I always do nail art or more interesting gel nails (for an up charge) for fun. My latest mani was Barbie-inspired French mani. I recommend H2O to anyone looking for a great mani/pedi."

"I have gone here a couple times to get my nails done in the past year. When I tell you that they do my nails beautifully Everytime, I mean it. Vicky has always done my acrylics, especially when I get elaborate and long stilettos haha, and yo-yo is really great at the small designs I get on them. H20 nails has the most caring and friendly staff."
