"I am not usually one to write negative reviews, but this is deserving of one. I have a 2003 Honda Pilot and have had issues with the starter going bad rather quickly. I had replaced the starter on 2-9-23, and replaced it from the store in Broad Ripple. It went out again on 2-11-23 and I called the Westfield AZ and they had my starter in stock. When I walked through the door, I was waited on by a man named Casper. I had the starter in my hand and set it on the counter and inquired about the starter they had in stock. He looked it up and quoted me $136.95, and I told him I had a warranty starter right here, and that is when his attitude kicked in. He said "it would have been nice to know that in the beginning", to which I replied " did you not see this starter I set on the counter?" From that point, all he offered me was attitude. Extremely disappointing from a company I have done tons of business with as a shop owner over the last 13 years. Funny when one goes in unannounced, he gets treated like the average Joe. Not something to brag about for sure. I know the market for finding employees that care is tough. I would emplore Auto Zone to take Casper off the counter and have him unloading trucks, because he has zero business working with the public in any capacity. He is rude, arrogant, passive aggressive and small. All I wanted was to exchange my starter, and he riled me up to the point of spending more time writing a one star review than it took to change out the starter. With the choices Americans have when it comes to purchasing auto parts, is it really worth having someone at the counter with zero customer service skills? Casper. Not nearly as friendly as his namesake. I wish I could give Zero stars ..."

"I came to Auto Zone on Sunday 1/14/24 to get a new battery due to the subzero temperatures at approximately 5:30pm. Owen took care of my battery replacement with the greatest attitude! He had been outside most of the day changing batteries but was still very thoughtful and kind. Keep this one, Auto Zone! He's wonderful!"
