"Took my husband here for a haircut. He has mobility issues and the shop is very easy to get into with handicap parking right in front. The beauticians were very helpful and understood his limitations and we had a great experience."

"I do not know the name of gal that was going to cut my hair but she is very attractive with blond longer hair. She used the front booth on west side. I went in she asked me what I would like to have done. I told her I would like the bulk removed using my hands to show her the area and tons of layers. She said you want 1:2 inch removed and I said no I think more. She said well how much you want removed and I said well I am not really sure. She said well you tell me because because I certainly do not know. Her snippy rude attitude was more than I could take. I felt this attitude from the moment I sat down in that chair. I stood up picked up my purse and said I do not like your attitude and left. I use to let Elizabeth and Alexa at your shop cute my hair no problems. I will never go back to this location again. This gal acted like she was all that - why??? - the 1st time Alexa cut my hair she said let’s cut this much off and if we need to cut more off we can and she did a great job."

"My father has 4 hairs on his head and you guys can’t even manage to cut one of them even. Even with a clipper even all over, I don’t know what you’re doing. I’ve been a barber for 14 years and every time he takes his 4 hairs into your store to get cut I honestly don’t know what happens to him. I’ve held off on this review for the longest, because I’m in the industry, I know what it’s like to start out cutting hair, being nervous and all. Trust me, I understand, but at some point you got to have a come to Jesus moment and start caring a little about your clientele."
