"I had many haircut at different Great Clips locations. But had the worst haircut recently at this place. My hair was way too short than i asked, and the hairdresser just said misunderstanding and don't seem care. This locations don't have a good experience and friendly hairdresser like previous years."
"I was so upset after I took a good look at my haircut from here. I just wanted to cry it looks like she just grabbed a pair of scissors and went round in a circle. Its horrible. I will never go back there again. I would like my money back so I can go someplace and have it fixed it's really short so I'm not sure if it can be fixed Thanks for messing up my hair."
"My son's hair was done by a new hairstylist, and I advised her from the start not to cut too much on top and to be consistent throughout the sides. She messed up both and was quite disrespectful to my son. If I had to educate "experienced hair stylists" how to cut the hair, I would go somewhere else. She also refused to finish the cutting and i still paid. Note: I've been going here for the past two years and have never encountered this problem."
"Heidi was amazing!! I told her what I wanted and didn’t want, and she was spot on!! So friendly as well!! Truly a delight to sit in her chair. It was very quick, so I’m trying to think of a more complicated cut for next time so we can chat longer!! Very happy with not only the haircut, but with the atmosphere in the salon, Heidi’s happy customer service, and the overall experience!"
"I knew I took a risk going to Great Clips, but for the love of god, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. I got a cut and style, then I went home and sobbed in front of my mirror. The lack of attention to detail was shocking. As a hairstylist myself, I’m infuriated by this kind of representation. This is the absolute worst cut I’ve ever had and it’s set me back *months* in my growth process. She said she’s been doing hair for YEARS. God help the public."
