"Do not go here I went in to get one nail fixed and the lady wouldn't even look my way just said we don't have your color. When asked how do you know if you haven't even looked at my nails. She was just rude. Go somewhere else if you want friendly service."
"The place has been empty the few times I’ve been there and it’s no surprise. The old woman who works there is a witch. She has no problem being nasty to customers, and not just hers. Apparently she hasn’t noticed there are a multitude of nail salons up and down 36 that she’s competing with. Update: Two nails broke within a week. Cheap powder."
"Made an appointment online through their website/booking service. Originally I booked a pedicure and manicure and was required to pay $35 deposit. Got to my appointment on time and waited a little, there was only one person getting their nails done. Told them I have an appt & they got me over to do my manicure. Manicure was fine, the tech hardly spoke to me and kept jerking my hands to get them “to relax”. Once we were finished I mentioned that I had booked online and paid a deposit of $35. She tells me no, I didn’t. I’m not on the list. I tell her again, yes I am. I give her my name and she checks and says yeah no you didn’t. Another guy comes out and says no that’s not possible the most you would pay is $20 for a deposit so I’m not telling the truth. I pull up my receipt and show them, again they tell me no. So I let them know that if they don’t want to take the $35 off, I can just file a charge back with my bank since now I’m going to have to pay $80 for a manicure. Attitude changed quickly and they suddenly found my online booking? Ended up being charged the right amount. The lady who helped me informed that in the future I need to call and book what I actually want since I didn’t get a pedicure I took up time for other people… but they were closing early and also there wasn’t anyone else in the entire salon. I won’t be back here again. Being rude to polite and paying customers wont get you far. you can get an average dip manicure anywhere so nothing special here for the treatment I received."
"I've gone there on and off for four years now. I chose to return because I wanted to get my nails done with a black cateye look, which I've gotten there before. I took my daughter along to get her nails painted and we arrived half an hour before closing. The person reluctantly greeted us and seemed put off that we even came in, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Then when she was cutting my cuticles, several of my fingers were bleeding and when I said something, she said I have dry skin and that she would take care of it later. I hope i dont get an infection. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this establishment. Rude and sloppy service."
"I stopped in for a pedicure. I walked in, man sitting at the desk said “hello, what do you want?” I said a pedicure. He told me to pick a color. I said gel polish, he showed me the swatches. After picking them, I stood there for approximately 5 mins waiting for him to tell where I should sit. He told me to sit down in black waiting chairs. He continued to do some type of work at the desk. No one else was in the salon. I sat for 5 more minutes. He said come have a seat. I sat down, he used a drill to buff the polish off & acetone in aluminum foil to get the gel polish. After 10 mins a lady comes out. She doesn’t even say 2 words to me, does not ask me anything about what kind of pedicure I would like. She hurts me, causes me to bleed while cutting my nails & cuticles & barley buffs the bottom of my feel. Literally the worst pedicure I have had. Took all of 30 mins. She rushed through everything. Then to top it off charged me $50. There is no way her services were worth $50. I usually don’t do these things, but both the man & the woman were rude & unprofessional to say the least…then to charge $50 for a less than basic pedicure. Will not be back to this place & I recommend no one else to either. Very disappointed ☹️"
