"Never again will I visit this shop! The male nail tech that serviced me got offended when I asked him to spray his tools with alcohol before my pedicure. Then tells me I have gel polish on my toes, which I did not, so it would be an additional $5! So my basic(and I mean BASIC) pedicure came to $43! I don’t know why people in Indy are willing to pay for these over inflated nail services. In Texas a basic pedicure is $25-30! I’ve never seen such a rip off with nail services before. Utterly ridiculous!"

"I've been a customer of LM before and after new management and I have to say that I love the new owners! Michelle is so personable and always gets me right. The renovations are lovely and the environment is relaxing. Sometimes I feel like talking and sometimes I don't but either way they get it. I've tried other nail spas in the area and my nails never last as long. I also appreciate that they offer Zelle as an option for payment. I read another review that mentioned the possibility of racism and as a person of color that has not been my experience. I can only speak for myself but I've only been treated with kindness and respect at this establishment. I'm looking forward to going back again!"

"I used to live in Avon years ago and had used them to do French tips for me and they always turned out great. I was in Avon so I decided to get dip powder nails. I had to go back 2 hours later because when I left they weren't quite dry and they got messed up. They fixed them and it was all good. Well less than 2 days later I noticed one was cracked all the way across my nail. Then a week later 6 of the 10 were cracked in the same way and my thumb nail was almost shattered. Now less than 2 weeks later all but one are cracked. I was told they would last at least a month. I didn't even get 2 weeks out of them. I don't live close enough anymore where I can just go back to get them replaced. I'm a cashier, so it's not like there would be anything I did to break the nails. I would not recommend getting dip powder nails from them. For me it was a big waste of money."
